Christmas 2012

This Christmas Season was tons of fun with a one year old! Dean didn't like Santa that much this year, but he came to see him anyway. 

I updated our Christmas decor with a word that was fitting for the year. I just cut these from plywood.

Fall Fun 2012

Dean was Mickey Mouse, his favorite, this year. My mom made his shorts, shoes, and ears. She did a great job!

We got to go to Bull Bottom Farms for the first time! It was so much fun. Angie and Kai joined us, and the boys loved hanging out!

We also got to go see the balloon glow at Grenada lake that night. 

Dean 12 Months Photoshoot

We had this photoshoot at Tallahachie Flats with my talented friend, even more talented now! Love these!

Dean's All American First Birthday

Dean's first birthday party was full of All American things. Like his dad's Chevy Truck for presents. Burgers and fries and chocolate chip cookies. When planning an outdoor birthday always consider the possibility of wind! Balloons with helium don't do well with wind.

His invitations were poster size inspired by a political campaign poster.

Beach Trip 2012

Dean turned 9 months old a the beach this year. We had a blast that week. Between pirates and princesses, lu lu's and fun in the sun, he loved it all! The girls cracked me up in family pictures on the beach. They did not want to smile at all!

Dean's First Easter

Dean turned 6 months in April.

The church Easter Egg hunt was held at our house for the first time. It went great. Dean had a good time too!

Dean came down with RSV just in time for Easter, so we had to post pone the gathering at our house and stayed quarantined on Easter weekend.

When we finally had our Easter gathering, Dean got to see much of the Wade family for the first time since Christmas.

As if Fifths disease and RSV weren't enough, Dean came down with a stomach bug a couple of weeks after having RSV. He didn't get too sick, so he enjoyed his time with his momma.

Dean 6 Months Photoshoot

Talented friend took pictures of Dean. One of the few days that he was not all smiles, but we got some good ones.

March 2012

Dean turned 5 months in March.

He started sitting up on his own.

He experience his first sickness in the form of Fifth's disease. He just ran fever, but couldn't go to school which meant I got to spend some extra time with him. :)

February 2012

Dean turned 4 months in February.

He had is first Valentines day.

He also got to see the Giants win at his first Super Bowl party!

He started getting stronger and being able to push up to look around.
